The Origin Test Cup (CLIA Waived) delivers the most accurate and quick results. A urine drug test cup can detect up to 14 different illicit drugs in one testing.
This urine test cup delivers some of the most accurate results. The test cups are CLIA Waived, which makes them a great choice for professional or personal use. Test results are available in 5 minutes, after collecting a urine sample. These test results can easily be read.
How long are the results valid after administering our tests?
The amount of time for results to remain stable varies according to the rapid test device. Typically a test takes 3 to 5 minutes to find an answer and the results are stable for up to an hour.
Is there any specific way the products need to be stored? Do they have to be refrigerated?
All drug test devices can be stored at room temperature up to the date of expiration printed on the individual foil pouch. They cannot be stored in extreme heat or cold and must remain sealed in the foil pouch until use.
Are any of your drug tests FDA Cleared?
All of our urine and clinical tests have an FDA 510k clearance.
What is the minimum amount of specimen needed for a conclusive test result?
It is always important to collect a sufficient amount of specimen in case of a non-negative result. The confirmation laboratory requires a minimum of 15ml of specimen but prefers 30ml for urine testing. For saliva, it is 2ml.
Does the product need to be disposed of in any special way, such as a biohazard bag?
Urine and oral drug screens do not pose a biohazard risk and can be disposed of in regular wasted receptacles.
Do you have to confirm a non-negative results? If so, how is this done?
All of our drug screens can easily be sent to a SAMHSA certified laboratory if requested. Call us directly for assistance.
NOTE: Urine specimens can be transferred from a urine collection container into the Test Cup, if necessary.
NEGATIVE
Two lines appear. One line visible in the control region (C), and another apparent line adjacent visible in the test region (T). This negative result indicates that the drug concentration is below the detectable level.
NOTE: The shade of color in the test line region (T) will vary, but it should be considered negative if a line is visible. There is no meaning attributed to the line color intensity or width.
POSITIVE
One line appears in the control region (C). No line whatsoever appears in the test region (T). The lack of a line in the test region (T) indicates a preliminary positive result for the corresponding drug of that specific test region. Send this urine specimen to a certified laboratory for a more specific confirmation by GC/MS.
INVALID
Control line fails to appear. Insufficient specimen volume or incorrect procedural techniques are the most likely reasons for control line failure. Review the procedure and repeat the test using a new test device. If the problem persists, contact your supplier for technical support.
