SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All product orders are shipped via Fedex, depending on Customer’s destination and selected shipping options. Customers are responsible for paying all costs of shipping, which may vary depending on the number of products purchased and the Customer’s location. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability at the time an order is placed.
If Customer wishes to return any unused and unopened products, please contact us at (800) 440-6695. Any unused and unopened products may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt if unopened and sealed in its original packaging. Company will be under no obligation to accept any products that are opened or that have been tampered with. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. Company will issue a refund to customer in the same form of payment as the original payment within 7-14 days of Company’s receipt of the returned products.
If Customer is shipped an incorrect or defective product, please notify us at email@example.com. After confirming that the product is incorrect or defective, Company will arrange for the return of the incorrect or defective product, at Company’s cost, and provide Customer with a replacement product.
